Our cattery is located in a quiet residential corner of Sarasota, Florida. Visits are private, by appointment only — typically lasting 60–90 minutes so you have time to meet our queens, kings, and any available kittens in person.
Before you write — these are the most common questions we get.
A Savannah is a hybrid cat breed created by crossing a domestic cat with an African Serval. They are known for their tall stature, exotic spotted coats, and intelligent personalities.
These letters indicate the filial generation — how many generations a kitten is removed from its Serval ancestor. F1 has a Serval parent, F2 has a Serval grandparent, and so on down to F5.
Savannah ownership laws vary by state and locality. F4 and F5 generations are legal in most US states. F1-F3 may require permits in some states. Always check your local laws.
Prices vary by generation: F1 ($10,000-$20,000), F2-F3 ($4,000-$8,000), F4-F5 ($1,500-$4,000). Price reflects breeding complexity, rarity, and care.
Yes, we offer professional kitten transport to all 50 US states. Shipping includes climate-controlled transport, health certification, and personal courier delivery when possible.
All breeding pairs are screened for HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), PK Deficiency, and FIV/FeLV. Every kitten leaves with a complete health record and a 2-year health guarantee.
Our waitlist varies by generation. F4-F5 kittens are typically available within 3-6 months. F1-F3 kittens may have longer waitlists of 6-18 months.
We recommend a high-protein diet of premium kibble combined with raw or wet food. Detailed feeding guides are provided with every adoption.
